Bursaries & Grants General Information

There are various ways of getting help with your language learning needs:

• Fees are charged for CULP courses, but students may be able to request a financial contribution from their College towards the payment of CULP fees. Please note that any such contribution will be at the discretion of the College.
  
  
• Bursaries for language training for postgraduate students in the Schools of Arts and Humanities and Humanities and Social Sciences are administered by the Language Centre.
  
  
• Pressland Fund Bursaries for intensive language learning abroad for science and medical students are administered by the Language Centre.
  
  
• Other Grants and Scholarships provided by the University or individual Colleges may also be relevant to language learners.
