Profile
As Head of eLearning at the University of Cambridge Language Centre, Pedram is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Centre’s eLearning resources.
Through a combination of project work and the delivery of day-to-day services, he ensures that the Centre maintains and advances its digital learning environment and fulfils the Centre’s goals in both teaching and learning.
Pedram is also responsible for identifying and advising Language Centre staff on new technologies to support language learning and teaching. He manages a team responsible for the technical and visual design, implementation and maintenance of a wide range of online learning resources, including a significant amount of audio-visual production and editing. His team also supports staff of the Centre to exploit the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) for teaching and learning purposes.
