Profile
Hagar was born and grew up in Jerusalem. Her father is from Baghdad and her mother from Yorkshire. She studied French Literature at The Hebrew University, where she received her BA and MA degrees. During her studies, she spent time in different places in Europe, working for El Al airlines. During those years, she also taught Hebrew within the Israeli Ulpan system and worked at the Academy of the Hebrew Language. She came to Cambridge with her husband and children in 2013.
