Borrowing Scheme Guidelines

• Resources are loaned for two weeks at a time with a maximum of three loans at any one time. Resources may be renewed up to three times, but if a resource on loan has been requested, it will not be possible to renew.
• Collection and returns are available weekdays between the hours of 09:00-19:00 during Term time.
• Returned items should be returned directly to the Reception desk, where a member of staff will update your loan record(s). If you would like to return items outside of our opening hours, you can post them through the letterbox in the front door. Please ensure that you email enquiries@langcen.cam.ac.uk, to inform a member of staff that you have done so.
