Phase One
- Informal interviews were carried out with students and language instructors
- Needs analysis questionnaires were given to students (September 2006 and March 2007)
- Results showed that there was need for an approach, which enabled the acquisition of all four language skills- reading, writing, speaking, listening and which enabled real-life communication; more and better language learning resources, and learner training.
