The purpose of this reader is to provide the Intermediate student of Somali with a selection of newspaper articles, together with sufficient grammatical and lexical aids to enhance comprehension.

The book consists of a selection of 51 newspaper extracts each of which is accompanied by vocabulary and grammar notes.
