An intermediate course in Portuguese comprising a textbook and three CDs. Comprises 20 lessons, divided into five units: Talking about yourself and your family ; Everyday life ; Health ; Making reservations and appointments ; Getting around town.

Each unit has four lessons which introduce extensive vocabulary, build the vocabulary into phrases and dialogues and review past lessons.

Grammar notes provide thorough explanations in English for key points and extension exercises help set these into context. CDs can be used systematically with the textbook or as stand-alone listening practice.
