Decameron : novelle scelte

This reader is designed for beginners (A1-2) of Italian and contains simplified versions of three tales from the Italian classic 'Decameron'.

Each tale is preceeded by pre-reading activities that set the scene and introduce particular vocabulary, and each is followed by a series of comprehension activities.

The stories are read on to the accompanying CD so that listening activities are included in the learning process. Tales featured: 'Frate Cipolla e la piuma dell'Arcangele Gabriele' ; 'Calandrino e l'elitropia' ; 'Chichibio e la gru'.
