The film is a comedy and follows three men as they try to make the best of their misfortune and turn it to their advantage.

Alfonso is looking for work and turns to his friend Vincenzo for help, without realising that Vicenzo is connected to organised crime. Alfonso later meets Gayan from Sri Lanka who is looking to raise enough money to fly home.
