This Eskimo-English and English-Eskimo dictionary was first compiled in the 1950s as the result of missionary work among the Eskimos. A revised edition was published in 1970 by the Research Centre for Anthropology, University of Ottawa, and finally, this revised edition published in 2004.

contains appendixes on grammatical aspects of the language (infixes, declensions, numerals, conjugations) and vocabulary lists relating to geographical names, clothing, relation and parenthood, arctic game etc.

A useful resource for any student of Inuktitut and Eskimo culture.
