The grammar of Modern Hebrew
Lewis Glinert (1989)
A comprehensive reference book on Modern Hebrew grammar and a description of educated Israeli Hebrew, with the emphasis on morphology and syntax.
It was written for two types of readers in mind: the advanced student of Modern Hebrew or Ivrit (esp. Israeli Hebrew), and the general linguist who knows no Hebrew.
The author gives equal weight to colloquial and formal usage.
