The film is set against the backdrop of the mid 1980s when the black Fashalas from Ethiopia were first recognized as Jews and were airlifted from Sudan’s refugee camps to Israel.

Tells the story of young boy sent away as a Jew by his mother, to escape the famine and death which gripped the country.

In French / Hebrew / Amharic, with optional Hebrew and English subtitles.
