This feature film draws viewers into the dark and hollow world of a chemical corporation through the experiences of Simon Kessler, a psychologist employed to analyse staff motivation and company productivity.

To ease the way through a difficult financial period he has recently been involved in decisions regarding a series of job cuts, successfully identifying and eliminating weaknesses in the workforce.
