Sandrine Bonnaire (2007)

French actress, Sandrine Bonnaire, holds the camera through much of this intimate yet unsentimental documentary portrait of her sister, Sabine, and her experiences of autism.

She narrates her sister's story from childhood, when the differences in her behaviour were noticed yet not understood, through to her time as a thirty-eight year old whose condition was only lately properly diagnosed.
