Set in the bohemian atmosphere of Post-war Paris, this light-hearted film revolves around a group of young people, all from relatively wealthy backgrounds and all of them sharing a love of jazz and jazz clubs.

One day, Lucien, decides to defy his parents’ wishes, and raise money for a trip to Africa in order to make an anthropological documentary.
