This was as the first documentary shown in the series "Soirée thematique: Mai 68, trente ans après" using footage of demonstrations, protests and pressure group and trade union meetings.

It looks at the social problems besetting present-day France, including unemployment, racism; homelessness, the erosion of workers' rights by big business and the exploitative and exclusionary effects of contemporary capitalism.
