Political drama.

A world-weary Spanish exile and political activist using the name Diego Mora travels from Madrid to Paris. After being detained by customs officials he tries to seek out a fellow operative to warn him of the risks, with little luck. Becoming gradually isolated from his work and ideologically uncertain, Diego turns to a friend's activist daughter for comfort. (Cert. 15)
