The film is a coming of age story which follows Arnaud and Madeleine. Madeleine is tough, unpredictable and pushes herself to the limit while Arnaud is laid back and takes things as they come.

He is intrigued by Madeleine which then turns to attraction and leads him to sign up and follow her into an army boot camp for 2 weeks.
