Thomas Vinterberg (2015)

Based on the 1874 novel of the same name by Thomas Hardy, the film focuses on the character of Bathsheba, an independent and strong willed young woman who inherits a farm from her uncle and is determined to run it herself.

She attracts the attention of three very different suitors and suffers the consequences from the ensuing conflict.
