This book introduces Chinese medical language via both classical and modern example texts.

Assuming prior knowledge of Chinese characters and pronunciation, it is split into two separate sections; the first section examines the grammatical constructions of Chinese medical texts and the second section focuses on vocabulary building.

The lessons are organised by medical subject and learners are encouraged to test themselves by using the drill exercises provided.
