Agape Health (2009)

This is a presentation by Dr Dawit Mengistu, director of Agape Health, on preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle choices.

It aims to provide Ethiopians living in the West with advice on healthy eating, drinking and exercising, thus preventing the so-called diseases of affluence such as heart conditions and diabetes.
