The Lebanese Rocket Society
Working with photographs, archives, animation and art installations, the filmakers investigate the story of a group of students who in the early 1960s Beirut formed a society to contribute to space study and exploration.
Led by their mathemathics professor, they were able to produce and launch rockets into the Middle Eastern skies, becoming a source of national pride; even so their story was completely erased from Lebanese history and the purpose of the documentary is to find out why.
